In case you have changed your mind, you have the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods. In this case, the paid money is going to be returned to the Buyer. Returns apply only to e-cigarette kits.
When the goods are returned, the money will be refunded minus the price of the wear parts (coils, mouthpieces. Also parts that have direct contact with human lips). Improperly used, damaged goods that have lost their aesthetic appearance are not subject to return.

The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
1. The goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were purchased. The packaging must be undamaged;
2. The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc.). This paragraph shall not apply in the event of the return of a defective product;
4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as the one purchased by the Buyer;

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.

The Buyer also has the option to send the goods to the central office - the seller will send the repaired / replaced goods back.
The amount paid shall be refunded no later than 15 days after signing the refund form. Amounts paid for the delivery of goods are not refunded to the Customer.
All e-cigarette electronics parts are given 3 months (90 calendar days) warranty. In case of product failure during the warranty period, repairs are performed free of charge.
General warranty conditions
The warranty is valid from the date of sale of the device, unless the contract provides otherwise.
The warranty includes free repair of the technical equipment of the device, replacement with a new device, not worse according to the technical characteristics, during the warranty period. RoyalSmoke.co.uk reserves the right to refuse the warranty if the instructions for use of the appliance are violated. When the seller replaces an item or its component within the specified warranty period, the new item or component is subject to a continuous warranty period.
